The ESCPH Parents Association webshop is run entirely by volunteer parents. We put care into every order — and we ask that you do the same when ordering, particularly around sizing.

A note from the PA
Our shop is managed by a small team of volunteer parents giving their free time to the community. Payment processing and order handling carry real costs — even when an order is returned. We kindly ask all parents to check sizing carefully before ordering and to avoid return requests where possible. Every cost we save goes back into the community.
Delivery and collection points
After receiving the confirmation email, your order will be waiting for you in the PA box during opening hours
For Primary, the collection point is located at KKFO nearby the captain (central station). OBS: Only parents are allowed to picking up items. For secondary, the collection point is located at the school administration.
Merchandise returns
Items may be returned within 14 days of collection, provided they are:
- Unworn and unwashed
- In original condition with any tags attached
- Accompanied by your order number
To initiate a return, email paescph@gmail.com with the subject line Return request — [order number] and we will confirm the procedure by return.
Refunds for approved returns are processed back to the original MobilePay account within 5–7 business days of the item being received.
Annual donations and membership subscriptions
Annual donations and membership subscriptions are non-refundable. By completing a donation or subscription payment, you confirm your understanding that no refund will be issued for the current subscription period.
You may cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future renewals. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. To cancel, log into your account or contact us at paescph@gmail.com.
